A founding member of Lorton Arts Workhouse Photographic Society in 2009 (near Occoquan, VA), my photographs have won numerous awards, have been exhibited in many juried solo and group shows, hang in galleries, businesses, and private homes, and have appeared in numerous publications.
I have been featured in Lenswork nine times (6 portfolios), spotlighted and/or featured in B&W magazine 10 times, have been a multiple-time nominee, finalist and/or winner of the prestigious International B&W Spider Awards, International Color Awards, and B&W Minimalist Photographer contests and published on many on-line magazines and blogs (including Luminous Landscape). Many of my abstract images have been juried into six annual Joseph Miller Abstract Photo exhibits.
My images have also been featured in Shadow & Light, Stone Voices, and Still Points Arts Quarterly magazines and I won the international book contest sponsored by the UK Black + White Photography magazine in 2007.
My blog, which I started in 2004, has been named one of the top 100 photography blogs by Photography Colleges.
